  • Customer Service Executive

    The incumbent is tasked to provide assistance and administrative support in operation, activities and internal administration of the Company’s business centre/unit at where he/she is deployed. Also responsible for attending to the day-to-day operation and ensuring excellent clients’ relations and satisfaction.

    What is expected:
    • Experience in a similar customer/guest service role of a corporate, high customer-contact environment, and /or prior working experience with leading global airlines (cabin crew), hotels, integrated resorts and/or high-end service enterprises will be advantageous
    • A self-starter with tremendous initiative, drive and passion and who believes that “nothing-is-impossible” and will not settle for second best
    • Meticulous, creative, inquisitive, resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills
    • Bubbly, sociable who loves a great degree of networking
    • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
    • Able to commence work immediately/within short notice which would be an added advantage
